PROCESSING TIMES

We aim to dispatch all items within 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) of receiving your order.

If you have not received dispatch confirmation after 3 days please check your messages/email as we maybe waiting on further information.

If your order is urgent please email us seperately to ensure we can meet your delivery date.

DELIVERY

All items under 2KG will be delivered using Royal Mail services

  • RM 1st Class should arrive in 1-2 days
  • RM 2nd Class should arrive in 2-3 days

These services are not guaranteed and occasionally do get delayed in some circumstances can take up to 10 working days.

Items over 2KG will be shipped by selected courier.

  • Standard courier will be 3-5 working Days
  • Express delivery will be next day (Subject to Location)

If you need a delivery guaranteed please ensure you use express/guaranteed services in order to meet you expectations. Refunds will not be provided for late delivery, unless a gauranteed service has failed.

Returns Policy

NON PERSONALISED GOODS

  • Returns Accepted
  • After receiving the item, we should be notified of any return within 7 days.
  • Return postage will be paid by: Buyer and must be completed within 30 days.
  • Items should be returned in there orginal condition i.e unopened and unused
  • Refunds will only be given once the items have been returned (and will take up to 7 working days)

PERSONALISED GOODS

  • Under the Distance Selling Act, the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.
  • Please ensure your personalisation details are correct before submitting, including spelling, grammer and punctuation marks.  If you have made an error please notify us within 24 hours, of placing your order.
  • If Make It Sweet have made any error such as spelling etc please contact us to discuss further proir making any returns.
  • Refunds will only be provided whereby the error is Make It Sweet.  (This may also be on the condition the item is returned as per NON PERSONALISED GOODS POLICY)
